The Totalsports Women’s Races aren’t about being the fastest — it’s about celebrating every step, together. Here’s your 3-month plan to go from couch to confident.
Month 1: Build the Habit
- 3 walks/runs per week
- Start with 20 minutes: 2 min walk, 30 sec–1 min jog
- Focus on movement, not speed
Month 2: Increase Endurance
- 3–4 sessions per week
- More running, less walking
- Try 2–3 min jog, 1–2 min walk, 30–40 min total
Month 3: Get Race Ready
- Aim for 4 sessions/week
- Build to 20–25 min continuous run
- Add a “long” easy run each week
- Practice race-day gear, route, and timing
