1. This competition runs from (09h00) Monday, 2 June 2025 to (00:00) Saturday, 31 July 2025 (“closing date”).
2. The Promoters are: Totalsports, Foschini Group, whose registered office is 340 Voortrekker Road Parow East Cape Town 7500, adidas South Africa (Pty) Ltd (“adidas”) whose registered office is 2nd Floor, Unit 2C, Black River Park, North Park, Fir Road, Observatory, 7925, Cape Town, Sportsmans Warehouse, More Sports, Whose registered office is the Mill House, 1 Canterbury street, Cape town City 8001 and Studio 88, Blue Falcon Group, whose registered office is 30 O’Connor PI, Aeroton, Johannesburg South 2013.
3. This competition is open to all residents of the Republic of South Africa who are in possession of a valid identity document, except any person who is-
• a director, member, partner, spouse, life partner, immediate family member, employee or agent of, or consultant to the Promoters or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the Promoters; or
• a director, member, partner, spouse, life partner, immediate family member, employee or agent of, or consultant to the supplier of goods or services in connection with the competition.
• anyone who within a period of 183 days preceding this competition has won any competition organised, promoted, or conducted by the Promoters, or who resides at the same address as such a winner, or who uses the same telephone number to enter this competition.
• as the prize involves international travel to Europe, the winner and their selected accompanying person must be over the age of 18 or, if the winner is between the ages of 16 and 18 have an unabridged birth certificate and Notarised permission from their parents or legal guardian (as this is a requirement for a minor to travel).
• a winner and their accompanying person must be eligible to obtain a VISA or to travel to the United Kingdom and/or Europe and hold a valid passport with at least 6 month validity after the return date or be able to obtain one in good time to apply for and obtain the VISA. Should the winner be under the age of 18, the accompanying partner needs to be over the age of 18.
4. By entering this competition, you and your accompanying partner agree to comply and abide with these Terms and Conditions.
5. Entrants
• Participants can enter the competition by purchasing any Juventus FC, Arsenal FC, Manchester United FC, Bayern Munich FC, real Madrid FC, AJAX Amsterdam FC, AS Roma FC, Aston villa FC, Newcastle FC, Inter Miami FC, AL Nassar FC, Orlando Pirates FC 25 / 26 adidas replica Home, Away and Third jersey at participating Totalsports, adidas, Sportsmans Warehouse, Studio 88 store and on their online stores.

• Should there be multiple qualifying purchases, each entry will require a unique till slip number.
6. By entering, you will forfeit your opportunity to return the item for a refund and will only be eligible for a size exchange.
7. Within 2 working days after the closing date, a winner will be selected by a random draw conducted by the Promoters, or a person nominated by the Promoters. There will be 1 winner per retailer chosen. The estimated value of the prizes is R150 000 for the winner and their partner and includes:
• Return flights (Economy class) to Europe for the winner and a partner (provided that the above terms regarding minors have been met);
o Should the winner and partner not make their booked flight, an alternative flight will not be covered, and will be for their personal expense.
• Two match tickets (General attendance) to watch a Premier League game, to be played between 1 October 2025 and 30 April 2026.
• Travel insurance is included and covered by adidas.
• Three nights hotel accommodation in a standard room (to be shared by the winner and partner) and includes breakfast, lunch and dinner.
o Should the winner and their partner wish to extend their time in Europe, any additional accommodation and expenses incurred will be for their personal account.
• Visa’s costs are covered by adidas.
o The winner and their partner are responsible for booking and obtaining their own Visa. Should the winner or partner miss their appointment or be denied a visa, they will forfeit their prize.
• Passport costs are not covered by the Promoters.
• Transfers to and from hotel is covered by adidas.
o Should the winner and their partner wish to extend their time in Europe, any additional transfer expenses incurred will be for their personal account.
• Please note that spending money is not covered by the Promoters and is for the winner’s own expense.
8. Responsibilities of winners
• Winners agree and acknowledge that content will be created and published during their trip, including video and photographs of their trip and time at the game.
• By accepting the prize, winners agree and consent that Totalsports, Studio 88, Sportsmans warehouse and it’s partners may use their name, image, and any content captured during or after the trip for marketing and promotional purposes, with no compensation.
• Winners are required to post social media posts and tag Totalsports, Studio 88, Sportsmans warehouse and adidas during the duration of the tour.
• Accept and consent to collab posted in social media posts on the official Totalsports, Studio 88, Sportsmans warehouse and adidas Instagram and TikTok Accounts
9. Winners will be contacted electronically or telephonically within 3 days of the draw taking place.
10. The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. The winner must claim their prize within 48 hours of being informed that they had won the prize and failure to claim the prize or a refusal or inability to comply with any of the Terms and Conditions, including having a valid passport and being able to obtain a VISA timeously, will disqualify the winner and a new winner may be drawn in their place at the sole discretion of the Promoters and time permitting for the new winner to obtain a VISA and arrange travel to the Europe.
11. Except in so far as is provided for in the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, the judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. adidas and each of the retailers reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the Gift with Purchase and any prizes, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations which you may have against adidas and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against adidas.
13. The Brand, Promoters and its Affiliates will collect and use your personal data listed herein in order to enable your participation in this Gift with Purchase and for related online activities. As an entrant, your personal data will be used to enter you in this Gift with Purchase and for the Promoter’s, its affiliates and subsidiaries’ marketing purposes in the form of announcing you as a winner. We keep your personal data to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable laws or regulations. We will not use your personal data for a different purpose without first obtaining your permission. We do not allow third parties to use your personal information.
14. All entrants indemnify the Promoters, its advertising agencies, advisers, suppliers, and nominated agents against any and all claims, damages or losses resulting from their participation in this Gift with Purchase arising from negligent acts or omissions of the Promoter.
15. The Promoters assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. The Promoters are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by the Promoters on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to Entrant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Gift with Purchase or downloading any materials in this Gift with Purchase.
16. You can choose to be excluded from direct marketing by notifying the relevant retailer/s and/or adidas in writing or by registering a block on any registry which adidas is bound by law to recognise. adidas will not charge you a fee to update this request on its systems. adidas will give effect to any changes requested by you as soon as reasonably possible.
